Every system. One picture.
Each history tile represents a check. Grey means insufficient data, green means reachable, and red means a failed request.

Checks occur roughly every five minutes after the Worker cron is deployed. A reachable site is not the same as every feature working. Service availability is measured at the HTTP level, and response times vary by location.
Historical uptime stays blank until sufficient monitoring data accumulates. Manual incident messages require a private admin key and are not published from the public website.
